Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of the complete removal and disposal of existing sidewalk ramps as identified by the City of Raleigh and replacement with upgraded ADA-compliant access ramps within the City areas under its jurisdiction. The scope also includes the removal and replacement of sidewalk panels, curb and gutter, resetting permanent and hinged bollards, and the restoration of all disturbed areas including backfilling, grading, seeding and mulching with NCDOT approved seed mixtures. To further this policy, the City has an aspirational goal of 15% participation by certified minority and women-owned businesses in City construction and repair contracts for building projects with a cost of $300,000 or more or building projects with a cost of $100,000 or more with state funding.
