Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Question deadline: 07/10/2026 at 05:00 PM The Project consists generally of the following major items: Replacement of the asphalt greenway, widening the trail with gravel shoulders, and slight realignment of trail. Replacement (and raising) of the timber boardwalk through the lake. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. Pursuant to N.C. General Statutes 143-128.2 and 143-131, bidders shall identify certified MWBE participation in their bids and document the Good Faith Efforts performed to identify certified MWBEs. The City’s aspirational goal is 15% certified MWBE participation for construction projects of $300,000 or more and $100,000 or more that includes state funding. Questions related to the MWBE Policy can be directed to the Business Engagement and Opportunities Program (BEOP) division at beop@raleighnc.gov. The Owner/City Council reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids.
