Site work for a development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

The project consists generally of the following major items: site preparation, including installation of temporary erosion control measures, surface and tree root protection, selective tree removal, and demolition; installation of approximately 41-linear feet boulder toe with soil lift; site restoration of approximately 700-square yards, including floodplain benching, additional grading, seeding, fencing, resetting landscape and hardscape features, installation of erosion control fabric and coir blankets. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with Section 00200 of the Contract Documents. The Owner shall evaluate bids using methods and criteria set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. Requirements for pre-bid submittals or an "or-equal" must be completed within 10 days of the issuance of the Advertisement for Bids and in accordance with Section 00200, Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are required to provide evidence of licensure as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instruction to Bidders. A bid security of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid and will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The prime contractor must identify participation of certified Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises in their bid and indicate how this participation will be achieved.
