Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Odenton, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work includes the following major items: Clearing and Grubbing, Maintenance of Traffic, Grading and Earthwork, Drainage improvements, Stormwater management, a Pedestrian Bridge Structure, Milling and Resurfacing, Full Depth Pavement, Signing and Pavement Marking, Landscaping, Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter, Pavement Removal, and Park Amenities that include Viewing Decks, a Pavilion, Playground, Story Trail Exhibits, Bocce Courts, and Horseshoe Courts. This Contract will be constructed under the provisions of the Anne Arundel County Government April, 2024 "Standard Details and Specifications for Construction" and any subsequent revisions thereto. The cost range for the Project is: $1,000,000 - $2,000,000. The County's prevailing wage and local hiring laws, as found at 8-2-115 and 8-2-116, as amended of the County Code, and the State of Maryland's prevailing wage laws, apply to certain capital improvement contracts and capital projects. To the extent applicable, the County's prevailing wage requirements are enumerated in the "Prevailing Wage Requirements for Capital Improvement Contracts Addendum to the General Conditions of Contract between County and Contractor" and apply to the Work. If applicable to this Contract, the Addendum will be attached to the contract, and will be incorporated herein by reference, and made a part thereof.
