The intent of this project is to repair and renew various sections of damaged and eroded sidewalks, ADA accessible ramps, concrete steps and handrails where required throughout the footprint of Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center, Ft Meade, MD. The repair/renewal shall meet all current codes, regulations, and standards. The disclosure of magnitude for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The intent of this project is to repair and renew various sections of damaged and eroded sidewalks, ADA accessible ramps, concrete steps and handrails where required throughout the footprint of Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center, Ft Meade, MD. The repair/renewal shall meet all current codes, regulations, and standards. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to safely complete the activities described in this scope of work in accordance with the provisions of the Division 01 Specifications of the base contract and all applicable Federal, State and Installation codes, standards, and regulations. Contractor shall determine the need for/level required and shall install/implement the temporary safety measures and controls necessary to separate the construction zones adequately and safely from surrounding spaces. This work is intended to provide compliance with regulations/standards, and to provide a complete, fully functional repaired/renewed space. To facilitate this renovation, Contractor shall: conduct a Site Investigation and provide a Site Investigation Report, produce a Work Plan for the renewal area, and provide MRR Action. *RFIs have been released.
