Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Fort Meade, Maryland. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

The intent of this project is to repair and renew to create three offices each in rooms 3A20, 3A21, and 3A23. Remove built in closets in each of these spaces. Ensure proper sprinkler coverage, ADA compliant alarm notification (lights) and independent lighting for each newly created office, convert 3A32 to a waiting room with new wall, floor & ceiling finishes and replace (12) exterior windows with blast resistant windows. The repair/renewal shall meet all current codes, regulations, and standards. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to safely complete the activities described in this scope of work in accordance with the provisions of the Division 01 Specifications of the base contract and all applicable Federal, State and Installation codes, standards and regulations. Contractor shall determine the need for/level required and shall install/implement the temporary safety measures and controls necessary to separate the construction zones adequately and safely from surrounding spaces. This work is intended to provide compliance with regulations/standards, and to provide a complete, fully functional repaired/renewed space.
