Renovation of three existing 1350 SF, brick masonry structures including, but not limited to selective demolition of existing concrete floors, walls, windows, doors, concrete stairs and site paving. New construction includes metal stud partition walls and furring, new latrine and shower area as well as new mechanical system, power, lighting and associated plumbing. Interior finishes consist of painted gypsum wall board, ceramic tile, acoustical ceiling tiles and sealed concrete floors. Exterior scope consists of connection to existing site utilities, additional concrete sidewalk, and concrete ramp for wheelchair accessibility.
