Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Dayton, Nevada. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
HSE#2920 This project includes the construction of approximately 101 linear feet of 15-inch gravity sewer main, 5,236 linear feet of 12-inch sewer force main, offsite sewer forcemain improvements, construction of a new lift station facility and abandonment of an existing lift station facility along Dayton Valley Road in Dayton, Nevada. Sewer gravity and force main shall be installed utilizing open trench construction methods and pavement rehabilitation/restoration. The Contractor will have 210 calendar days to complete the Work in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Project is partially funded through SRF. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Costs of the project is between $3,800,000 to $4,500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
