Site work and paving for a civil project in Russia, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The construction of a roadway, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and waterline extension of Commerce Drive. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. DOMESTIC STEEL USE REQUIREMENTS AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 153.011 OF THE REVISED CODE APPLY TO THIS PROJECT. COPIES OF SECTION 153.011 OF THE REVISED CODE CAN BE OBTAINED FROM ANY OF THE OFFICES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES. Bidder must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Shelby County and the Village of Russia, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, (614) 644-2239. THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF A ROADWAY, STORM SEWER, SANITARY SEWER, AND WATERLINE EXTENSION OF COMMERCE DRIVE WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF RUSSIA, INCLUDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A REGIONAL DETENTION BASIN. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project
