Site work and new construction of a civil project in Carrizo Springs, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.

The work under this Contract consists of constructing Water Well No. 3 and plugging existing abandoned water well. A cashiers check, certified check or acceptable bidders bond, payable to Carrizo Hill W.S.C. in the amount not less than five (5%) percent of the bid submitted, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the bidder will enter into a Contract and execute bonds within fifteen (15) days of award of Contract as required by the Contract Documents. The bidder's deposit shall be forfeited and become the property of the Owner in case the bidder neglects or refuses to enter into a Contract and furnish bonds acceptable to the Owner within fifteen (15) days after bidders proposal has been accepted Carrizo Hill W.S.C. reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding. The Owner also reserves the right to determine which bid is lowest and best and to award the Contract on that basis. Bidder shall conduct the any required Site visit during normal working hours, and shall not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site. The work performed under this section consists of providing all labor, material, tools, equipment and related items required to furnish, and install all of the following conduit systems: Heavy wall rigid galvanized steel conduit (RSC) Nonmetallic rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) Flexible conduit The work to be performed under the provisions of these contract documents consists of furnishing all material, equipment, tools, transportation, services, labor and supervision necessary for construction of facilities and installation of all equipment together with appurtenances for construction of a new public Water Well No. 3 for the Carrizo Hill Water Supply Corporation.
