Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Incline Village, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of November 2, 2021, the project has not yet been awarded. This goes for approval Dec 14th recommended to award to Armac Construction in the amount of $148,500 expected start is April 2022. Repair of existing AC paved parking lot including concrete curb and gutter and concrete sidewalk as identified. The estimated cost range for this project is: $150,000. Deadline for RFI Submittals: Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 12 Noon Award Date: Tuesday, October 12, 2021 Approx. Construction Start Date: Monday, October 25, 2021 The Washoe County Commission will consider award of the contract at a subsequently regularly scheduled meeting. Pursuant to NRS 338.080, if the contract sum is $100,000 or more, then the Contractor is required to pay prevailing wages. Current prevailing wage rates are available through the State of Nevada Labor Commission.
