Demolition, site work, new construction and remodeling of an educational facility in Incline Village, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; 12,118-square-foot educational facility; and for the remodel of a educational facility.

Scope of Work (BASE BID): The improvements consist of a 12,118 SF, three (3) story concrete and masonry expansion of the existing school alongside interior remodels of existing school spaces and reconstruction of the existing loop road. The school expansion includes all new MEP for new and remodeled spaces consisting of ROTC classrooms and practice range, a new culinary kitchen with culinary classroom, a dance studio, and a student hub with balconies. To allow for the new building improvements, demolition of the existing free standing ROTC building as well as portions of existing school exterior wall, interior finishes and equipment are included with hazardous materials remediation. Scope of Work (ALTERNATES): 1. Remodeled administrative offices complete with new single point entry vestibule and welcome center and reconfigured MEP. 2. Adding audio enhancement systems to existing classrooms within the existing structure. 3. Adding security door contacts to the existing system on all exterior doors on the existing structure. 4. Adding retrofit key card access control to select existing exterior doors on the existing structure. 5. Security upgrades to existing classrooms in the existing structure including adding bullet resistive film to door glazing, adding bullet resistive film to hollow metal internal window systems, and adding fiberglass bullet resistant panels to select classroom walls. The physical work is to be commenced as phased in the Special Notifications with an overall completion date of February 23, 2025.
