Renovation of an educational facility in Incline Village, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
PLEASE NOTE: this project rebid and was awarded on the owner's project #23-86-B-05-AA, Bid Date: 6/8/2023 Scope of Work (Base Bid): The Incline High School improvements consist of a three (3) story concrete and masonry expansion of the existing school alongside interior remodels of existing classroom, administration, and entry spaces. Work will also include new stadium improvements with synthetic turf football field and synthetic running track with field events; bleachers, press box, field lights masonry field buildings for ticketing; restrooms; and a two (2) story field house with weight room, storage and athletic rooms. The school expansion includes ROTC classrooms and a practice range; a new culinary kitchen with restaurant, general classrooms, a dance studio; and a student hub. To allow for Building addition and new Stadium, the project will require demolition of existing stadium improvements and buildings, bleachers, lighting, a standalone building currently used for ROTC, and other select areas throughout the site and school building. Demolition includes hazardous materials remediation which are drawn and specified. Scope of Work (Alternate): Grading, drainage, landscape, seat wall, planting, and surfacing improvements for a Natural Amphitheater. Additive Alternate #1 is identified on sheets C1-1.0, C3-1.0, C4-1.0, L7-1.1, and L8-1.2 Question Deadline: Mon 03/06/2023 05:00 PM.
