Site work and paving for a road / highway in Richfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of 09/09/2021 Village Board will be discussing this today. They do not have an anticipated start date as of yet. The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: 8000 SY Pulverize Existing Pavement 300 CY Base Patching Removal 550 TN CABC Base Patching Backfill 2500 TN Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement 600 TN Pulverized Asphalt Shoulder - 2' wide 400 CY Unclassified Excavation 500 SY Lawn Restoration 200 LF Silt Fence 1 LS Traffic Control The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. The Village of Richfield reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein. Prequalification of Bidders will not be required.
