Site Address: W210 N13180 Gateway Xing The project involves: Construction of a municipal well station featuring cast-in-place concrete foundation and floor; masonry block walls with exterior CMU and brick, cast stone still wall coping; and precast plank roof with insulated membrane. The well station will contain a well room, chemical feed rooms, generator room, electrical room, lab, bathroom, janitor room, and storage area each with associated equipment. The project includes a vertical turbine line shaft well pump with motor, engine-driven standby generator, and all associated mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and controls, telemetry, site work, and site utilities. The well that the well station will be constructed over has already been drilled. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Question Deadline 12/07/2023
