Remove Pulverized Material 2,310 C.Y. Base Patch Removal 4,679 Tons Crushed Aggregate Base Course 6,935 S.Y. Soil Stabilization Fabric 10,712 Tons Lower Layer HMA Pavement 2.5" 9,037 Tons Upper Layer HMA Pavement 2.0" 2,722 Tons 2 ' Shoulder - Imported Recycled Asphalt 1 L.S Traffic Control. The Work is generally described as follows: Roadway pulverizing/pavement removal, pavement milling, resurfacing and shouldering. The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the date of opening. The Village of Richfield reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
