The City of Orange City requests interested parties to submit formal sealed bids/proposals for the above referenced. NOTE: ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY OF ORANGE CITY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The purpose for this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to accept sealed bids from qualified licensed Contractors to provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and incidentals necessary to provide septic tank elimination and sewer connection for the 1876 Heritage Inn in accordance with the Scope of Work and Technical Specifications as detailed in Section 6 of the bid document. This project consists of the elimination of approximately 15 septic tanks and the connection of existing sewer lateral to the City sewer systems. Properties will be assigned to the Contractor based on the City's needs within the City of Orange City service area. The City intends to award to single Contractor. This project consists of abandon the septic tank (900 gallons) and the connection of existing sewer lateral to the City sewer system. In addition, abandon the Wastewater Treatment Plant that include with the following components:
