Site work for a water / sewer project in Cookeville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of installing approximately 1,465 LF of 8 sewer, 8 sewer laterals and a 70 LF bore under Highway 70 (SR024). Technical questions regarding the contract documents should be addressed to Barry Turner at bturner@cookeville-tn.org or Matthew Phillips at mdp@cookeville-tn.org. Bids shall also be accompanied by an affidavit of a drug-free workplace as required by T.C.A. 50-9-113 and as detailed in the Instructions for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed contractors to perform the type construction herein described as required by Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 62, Chapter 6, The Contractors Licensing Act of 1994 as amended. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids as deemed in the best interest of the City, and in the event all bids are rejected, the project may be re-advertised.
