For Hot Water Boiler - Location: Walton House Boiler must be a high efficiency, condensing hot water style including all coils, pumps, tanks, control valving, operator controls, electrical, etc. _____ Include condensate neutralization system. Condensate must be pumped to existing drain system _____ Boiler must have a min of 450,000 Btu/hr. input with a min 350,000 Btu/hr. output _____ Operator interface controller must have touch screen controls with system management, operator interface, and operational screen display that includes all applicable system functions such as system shutdown, alarm functions, PID loop controls, etc.
