Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Rawdon, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a 6,000-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the City wastewater treatment plant. The scope of the project includes the construction of a reinforced concrete wastewater basin (underground, but open) with a volume of 20,000 m3, dismantling of the aeration system of the aerated pond and of the existing pre-treatment building, construction of a new pre-treatment building A 28 m x14.3 m housing a changing room, a laboratory/office, a bathroom, a workshop, an electrical room, a mechanical room, a treatment room and a chemical storage and pumping room, construction of a building B 12.25 m x 12.25 m housing an electrical equipment room, a room of disk filtration, a room of ultraviolet filtration, a room for chemical products and pumping, the installation of an electrical generator, construction of a new sewer network and landscaping work. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded an architectural professional consultant to complete the project design and construction work monitoring. Working drawings are underway. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling a tender for the general contractor will be issued in summer 2023.
