Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
AXPORT is requesting Qualifications, Technical and Price Proposals from interested firms (Proposers) with qualified experience in Design-Build, to design, permit, furnish, and construct a pre-engineered metal building at JAXPORTs Talleyrand Marine Terminal, utilizing their best skill and expertise to perform the following services and tasks: design, construction, project management, and permitting from all Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), if needed, and any other service or task manifestly required to render a complete and useable project. The scope of work will include, but is not necessarily limited to footings/foundations, steel framing/structure, metal roofing, metal siding (walls), power, lighting, grounding, roof vent system, lightning protection system (if required by Code), reinforced concrete floor, gutters and downspouts. This project will be awarded utilizing an Adjusted Score Design-Build delivery method. Questions: Related to this RFP are due by 12:00 P.M. (EST) on Tuesday, October 19, 2021.
