A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Project no: 1057.016, DGS1104-0071 DGS1104-0071 Phase1.4- Electrical Construction This project involves, without limitation, the renovation of existing space (including utility infrastructure and structural demolition/re-build) on the first and second floors and the roof in TUH for a new Bronchoscopy Suite, which includes four procedure rooms (three Bronchoscopy rooms and one Pleuroscopy room), and rooms for decontamination, clean processing, soiled holding, documentation, equipment storage, check in and waiting areas, and new bathrooms(the "Project'). The Project is planned to be constructed in three phases to accommodate hospital operations during construction. Temple University is seeking qualified contractors to bid on work for the Electrical Package for the Bronchoscopy Suite renovations at Temple University Hospital (TUH), located at 3401 N. Broad Street, Parkinson Pavilion 2nd Floor, Philadelphia, PA, 19140 This Project is structured as a multi-prime contract arrangement. The Prime Contractors will include: General Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing and Fire Protection. The Scope of Work for the Electrical Package shall include all necessary services, work, labor, materials, supervision, tools, supplies, equipment, insurance, and applicable taxes necessary to complete Electrical Package as shown in the Contract Documents for the above referenced Project. The Scope of Work for the Electrical Package is further specified in the Agreement, the Scope of Work, the Plans and Specifications, and other documents that will be uploaded to TUebid as part of the solicitation.
