For Tasker Morris Station ADA Improvements Questions should be directed to the buyer: Diane Brown at dbrown@septa.org. All questions must be submitted by Friday, January 21, 2022, at 12 pm to be guaranteed an answer. New elevator and headhouse on the northeast corner of Broad and Morris Streets to mezzanine level o New stair and headhouse on east side of Broad Street, north of Morris Street to mezzanine level o New elevator from mezzanine to platform level o Restroom upgrades, new service rooms for electrical and elevator machine room o New ADA tactile strips at the platform edge o Resurfacing of platform tiles o New stair treads, handrails, and finish repairs at the existing stairs, including drainage modifications o Select communications upgrades o Required utility relocations and civil work to enable elevator and stair install o Repair of deteriorated concrete encasement of beams and removal and repair of spalled slabs Questions should be directed to the buyer: Diane Brown at dbrown@septa.org. All questions must be submitted by Friday, January 21, 2022, at 12 pm to be guaranteed an answer. The contract duration is 548 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
