Questions will be answered and posted Cleveland State University (CSU) is requesting interested firms to submit qualifications for Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services for multiple renovations of Dining and Food Service facilities. As part of a transition to our new food service provider, Aramark, a significant multi-phased improvement project is planned of the current eleven facilities. The renovations will consist of new and renovated sit-down dining, takeaway and convenience store locations in several buildings located across the Campus. Facilities will consist of both locally CSU/ Aramark branded and national food franchise offerings. The scope of locations and possible franchises are currently being developed and will be finalized by the time A/E/ CMR selection is completed.
