As of 12/13/2021 This project has not been awarded. Construction of a new 1,000,000-gallon elevated storage tank on an undeveloped site. Contract 1 - The Elevated Storage Tank Contract shall consist of the installation of a new 1,000,000-gallon elevated storage tank including excavation, foundation, support pedestal, steel tank, tank mixing system, chloramine residual management system with enclosure inside the pedestal, painting, piping (within the EST footprint), and other ancillary work as specified and required to provide a complete and functional elevated water storage tank. EST Contract excludes site work and electrical work. Contract 2 - Provide electrical power to the site, supply and install the temporary and permanent panels, conductors, lights, switches, and controls indicated in the contract documents. Contract 3 - The site work contract generally consists of construction of an access road from North Street to the EST site, and supply and installation of approximately 1,700 feet of water main piping to connect the new tank to the Village water system. In addition, this portion of the project includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, sanitary sewer piping and pump station for chlorine station excess, bedding, piping supply and installation, backfill, compaction, final grading, planting, and stormwater control.
