Renovation of a municipal facility in Waterloo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of the selective demolition of demountable floor to ceiling partitions, interior gypsum board wall demolition and reconstruction, ceiling panel / grid removal and replacement. New finishes consisting of resilient flooring and carpet tile. Provision for a new waiting and interview area with FRP wood panel and transaction counters. New offices with relocated and new electrical and data outlets. Mechanical work consists of removal of existing ductwork and provision for new ductwork and ceiling diffusers. Sprinkler work consists of reworking existing sprinkler head locations to new locations As bid security, each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total of base bid and all alternatives, in accordance with the terms described in the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and prevailing wage rates and supplements to be paid under the Contract. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within forty-five (45) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
