**As of November 5, 2021, the project has not been awarded yet. A timeline for award has not been established yet. Provide all labor and materials required to complete the work on specification or Scope Of Work sheets provided and/or discussed during the pre-bid conference Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder(s) in accordance with the attached instructions and conditions for the material and/or services specified on the drawings/Scope of Work provided. No bid will be considered for award unless the Bidder, at the time of bid opening, is licensed with a valid Class A or C-8 Contractor's License issued by the State of California. This is a public works project and therefor all prevailing wage laws apply. See Section 2 under Bid Instructions and Conditions for further detail. Pursuant to and in compliance with the bid/contract documents, the undersigned bidder, having examined documents pertaining to the bid as well as having visited the site and examined conditions relating thereto, proposes and agrees to furnish all material and/or services, within the time stipulated, for the prices indicated herein. If sales tax applies, please list as a separate item. Completion Date: Within 10 Working Days After Receipt of Order The Undersigned agrees that this bid may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for receipt of bids. The undersigned declares under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the representations made in the bid are true and correct. Certificates of Insurance must be current and on file with the County prior to the commencement of work. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond, or by a certified check or cashier's check, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid or else bid will be considered unresponsive. The successful bidder(s) may be required to provide a performance guarantee. Such requirement shall be at the discretion of the County's Purchasing Manager or if project exceeds $60,000 but less than $200,000. A continuous performance bond in the amount of 100% of the total amount of the award executed by a surety satisfactory to the County and filed with the Purchasing Manager is the preferred form of performance guarantee. Said bond, if required, shall be furnished within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of Notice of Award. Failure to promptly submit a performance guarantee when requested may result in the rejection of an otherwise acceptable low bid.
