Site work for a water / sewer project in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of construction of a 2-inch LPFM extension to eliminate nuisance odor complaints. The Work include, but not limited to, installation of 2-inch force, via directional drilling and open cut, remodeling manhole invert, potholing to locate utilities, demolition of existing odor control equipment, demolition of concrete pads and salvaging fencing after chemical odor equipment are removed by the City and site restoration. The work takes place in in Anderson Township, Hamilton County, Ohio Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents and must be accompanied by the 'Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond,' certified check, or letter of credit drawn on a solvent bank in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, and in no event shall be less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) SBE Participation Goal for this project is: 4% Question Deadline 09/26/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions on this project or any part of the Contract Documents and other project documents must be sent via e-mail to MSD.PROCUREMENT@cincinnati-oh.gov by the established deadline
