Site work for a water / sewer project in Kenedy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the installation of approximately 1,655 linear feet of 8" waterline,that includes a boring, fittings, valves, and fire hydrant assemblies in accordance with the contract documents, specifications, and plans. "We reserve the right to process checks electronically by transmitting the amount of the check, routing number, account number, and check serial number to your financial institution." Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or a Bidder's Bond from a surety company licensed in the State of Texas, in an amount of at least Five Percent (5%) of the largest amount bid, payable to the City of Kenedy, Texas as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract with the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Kenedy for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. If mailed, an additional separate fee of $20.00 will be required from all prospective bidders or suppliers to cover shipping and handling charges
