Demolition and site work for a civil project in Kenedy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
Bid date change to June 10, 2022 2pm. It is understood and agreed that the work is to be completed in full in One Hundred Twenty (120) consecutive calendar days. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as hereinafter provided in the General Condition DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials as specified herein for the "WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR KARNES COUNTY FOR THE EL OSO WATER SUPPLY CORPORATION" TxCDBG #7220221 for Kames County, Texas. Time of completion is ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) calendar days. Prices bid for the items ofthis project will include all necessary labor, materials, equipment, pipe, appurtenances, bedding materials, clearing, removal of excess materials, cleanup, and permits to construct and complete the items as outlined in the plans and specifications. The Owner ofthe Project is Kames County, Texas. The Water System Improvements project will consist ofthe furnishing and installation of4" PVC C200 waterline, furnishing and installation ofbores with 12" steel and PVC casing, 4" gate valves and boxes, ductile iron fittings and other appurtenances.
