Renovation of a fire / police facility in Astoria, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Requests Proposals from experienced Construction Manager/General Contractors (CM/GC) for the construction of the Knappa Fire Station Seismic Retrofit Project. Proposers shall provide one (1) electronic copy of their proposal and email it to Chief Kurt Donaldson at kdonaldson@knappafire.com. Project Scope of Work: the Project Consists of Seismic Strengthening in the Knappa Fire Station. The Complete Request for Proposal May Be Reviewed and Obtained From Tyler Brumit at Tylerb@wrkengrs.com. The Cm/gc Firms Responding to This Rfp Will Be Evaluated Based Upon Company Overview, Firm Experience, Similar Project History, and Other Criteria Identified in This Rfp. This Solicitation Does Not Obligate the Owner to Pay Any Costs Incurred in Preparation of Proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal that is not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. For good cause, the Owner may reject any or all Proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
