A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Scope of Work: Broward County's Public Works Construction Management Division seeks an Architect Prime led team for comprehensive professional architectural and engineering design services for the design and construction administration services for a one story approximately 5,500sf building addition to the existing one story approximately 4,800sf administration building currently occupied by the Broward County Public Works Department, Highway and Bridge Maintenance Division (HBMD). The project is located at 1600 Blount Road, Pompano Beach, FL, 33069. The existing Administration Building was built in 1981. The new addition shall be contiguous with the existing structure, and circulation between the two spaces will be required. Generally, the project will include a building addition on the North side of the existing structure and will include renovation to the existing building.
The scope of professional services shall include Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, Permit support, Construction Administration, Warranty and Post-Occupancy and any other related services. Goal Participation: This solicitation includes participation goals for certified County Business Enterprises (CBE).
