The Massachusetts Port Authority (the Authority or Massport), owner and operator of L.G. Hanscom Field (Hanscom Field or Hanscom), invites proposals for the build out of a parcel, or portions thereof, in the North Airfield Area of L.G. Hanscom Field, consisting of approximately 29 acres of land (collectively, the Sites) for aviation compatible development. The proposer(s) selected through this RFP will be responsible for the development, financing, design, permitting (including, without limitation, filing airspace obstruction analysis with FAA), construction, operation, and maintenance for one or more hangar and/or other facilities at Hanscom.
