Renovation of a water / sewer project in Norman, Oklahoma. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project will include construction costs associated with the replacement of two turbo blowers installed in the recently WRF upgrades but never met project specifications. The equipment and materials will be provided by the manufacturer at their cost. Additionally, this project will include two replacement centrifugal blowers that are near the end of their useful life. As of December 27, 2023, this project is included in the city’s 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Project is in design and an engineer has been identified. Project is currently funded for construction in FY2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
