The existing roof for Digester 3 has reached the end of its useful life and has experienced high rates of failure that warrant a project to upgrade the existing facility. Funding in FYE 24 is for an evaluation of Digester 3 and the roof. Future funding will be used to upgrade and rehabilitate the digester to extend the useful life of this asset. This project is included in the City of Norman's FY 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of March 6, 2025, per owner, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. A timeline for construction has not been determined. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
