Site work and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Norman, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

This project is for the re-development of Griffin Park Soccer Complex. Once the new soccer fields are constructed, Griffin Park will be able to host large regional tournaments throughout the year. The park remodel will not include construction of any new soccer facilities north of the irrigation lake in the dog park/disc golf area; but it does include continued improvements to the park trails. As of November 21, 2023, this project is included in the city’s 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Funded for FY2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
