The City of Norman Parks and Recreation Department is seeking written proposals for the design, supply and installation of playground equipment, synthetic turf and a playground shade structure at Sunrise Park. Please consider the following information in the preparation of your proposal. (Budget $220,000) The vendor with the successful proposal will be required to enter into a Contract with the City of Norman and execute all necessary bonds (Statutory, Performance, and Maintenance) and provide proof of insurance as well as to comply with all appropriate city, state and federal codes and ordinances. A bid bond is not required for this project. This park is located in a residential neighborhood (see map). The Parks and Recreation Department will remove the existing play equipment and safety surfacing prior to installation and provide an area suitable for installation of the new equipment. The total budget for the project is indicated above, unless otherwise noted in this RFP or any future addenda. With respect to limited liability corporations, every manager is an agent of the company for the purpose of business and binds the limited liability company.
