The Contractor is to furnish and install dual 24" HDPE storm water piping, grading, and appurtenances and demolish garage as shown on the drawings included in the specifications and as specified within the specifications. DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. The work shall be constructed under a single, unit price Contract. B. The work under this Contract requires the construction of demolishing garage, bypass pumping as needed, removal of existing dual 24" VCP storm water piping and installing dual 24" HDPE storm water pipes and restoring property with shrubbery and seeded grass lawn in Pine Grove Borough, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. Work consists of the following as shown on the Drawings and as specified below 1. Install Erosion and Sediment Controls 2. Demolish and dispose of garage 3. Bypass or bypass pump storm water 4. Remove existing 18" dual VCP storm water pipes Coordinate with Owner(Pine Grove Borough) to clean existing pipes to be connected to before connecting new pipes. 5. Install new 24" dual HDPE smooth bore N12 storm water piping including HDPE 18" to 24" adapters to manhole and existing pipes. 6. Bed, backfill pipes and place topsoil and seed 7. Restore property not limited to but including any shrubs or sidewalk that is removed for construction or damaged C. The Owner of the storm water piping is Pine Grove Borough however the pipes run thru a property Owners yard
