**As of July 21, 2023, project was awarded to Meckley's Limestone Products, Inc, awarded amount is $260,057.60.** The project includes 1.4 miles of 1/2 " scratch course and 1 1/2 " of bituminous roadway overlay with areas of base repair along Stanhope Road and Nut Grove Road in Pine Grove Township A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of PINE GROVE TOWNSHIP, negotiable US Government Bonds (at par value), or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid of construction shall be submitted with each bid. The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. Pennsylvania Wage Rates apply for the project. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all items or portions thereof or to waive any technicalities and informalities in the bid for the best interest of the Owner.
