Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bentonville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Construction of concrete sidewalks, accessible ramps, retaining walls, handrails, concrete curb & gutter, drainage structures, storm drains, removal and disposal of existing concrete improvements, disposal of trees and shrubs, associated grading, erosion control, revegetation and miscellaneous improvements adjacent to NE Cub Circle between NE Tiger Boulevard and NE "A" Street. Site Directions: NE Cub Circle from the intersection with Tiger Boulevard to the intersection with NE "A" Street. Construction methods and materials shall be in accordance with the contract documents. Any items of work, whether or not noted on the plans, which are not specifically listed in the bid proposal, but are necessary to complete construction in accordance with the plans and specifications, shall be considered incidental to the construction. No separate payment will be made for such incidental work items.
