Site work and renovation of a civil project in Etowah, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Etowah has received an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission to renovate the existing wastewater facility. The project would require renovating the wastewater treatment facility and 10 wastewater pump stations. The Town of Etowah is interested in acquiring the services of an engineering firm or individual to provide services for the above-referenced project. Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process. Interested parties are invited to secure a Request for Qualifications package from East Arkansas Planning & Development District by emailing Sarah Griggs, sgriggs@eapdd.com. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
