Demolition, site work and addition to a fire / police facility in Cedarville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The project scope of work consists of a forty-by-forty-foot metal siding addition to add two truck bays with concrete floor and two 12x14 overhead doors. A bid bond in the amount of 5% complying with Arkansas regulations shall accompany each bid. All bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Arkansas contractors Licensing Law for Contractors and shall be licensed on the date of bid submittal.
