The Architect will not hold a pre-bid meeting. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law. The scope of work consists of a new Senior Center in Cedarville, Arkansas. ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained, free of charge, from Architecture Plus, Inc. by emailing Rachelle Riddle at rriddle@archplusinc.net, and requesting such. Contractors shall not get contract documents from any source other than Architecture Plus, Inc. Only a complete set of electronic documents may be obtained – there will not be paper copies of the Contract Documents issued.
