The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Renovation of an educational facility. As of February 13, 2025, a construction manager has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has ot yet beenn released. You are invited to bid for a contract on selected Bid Packages, for Gym Restrooms Renovation at the MacArthur Campus for the Jones boro School District located in Jonesboro, Arkansas, hereinafter termed owner. Bids are on a lump sum basis per the appropriate bid packages. Trade Package included is as follows: Bid Package # 1 Epoxy flooring/walls Bid Package #2 Painting/Sheetrock Finishing Bid Package #3 Doors/Hardware Bid Package #4 Specialties Bid Package #5 Plumbing Bid Package #6 Electrical Bid Package #7 HVAC Bid Package #8 General Construction Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or cashiers check in the amount of five percent (5%) for all bids exceeding $20,000.00 and made payable to: Tate General Contractors, Inc. Jonesboro Arkansas All bidders must be licensed inthe State of Arkansas, asprovided by Act 142 of 1967,amended by Act 293 of 1969, andAct 397 of 1971, and Act 546 of1971, as enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond using AIA Document A312. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without written consent tothe owner.
