The company s history, locations, and services offered; 2. The company s experience with projects of similar scope and complexity; 3. The qualifications and experience of the proposed construction management team; 4. Resumes of key team members; 5. Copies of all applicable licenses and insurances; and, 6. Other similar items that fully demonstrate the company s ability to complete this project successfully. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals.
