Bidders shall include their Arkansas license number on the outside of their sealed bids. Any bid received after the scheduled opening time will be returned unopened. This project includes the construction of approximately 460 LF of 3-inch HDPE water main by direct bury, 460 LF of 3-inch HDPE water main by horizontal directional drilling, clearing and grubbing, connections to existing water lines, tracer wire test stations, water service lines, service bores, meters, setters, meter boxes and all appurtenances to complete the project as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications.The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined at the following location: Hawkins-Weir Engineers, Inc. 110 South 7th Street, P.O. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 17-25-101 and related statutes. The Cedarville Waterworks Facilities Board reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date.
