The Marmaduke Housing Authority (AR37P112501-20 & AR37P112501-21) will receive sealed bids to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the "RE-ROOF at GRANDVIEW ONE & GRANDVIEW TWO" in accordance with the contract documents and project manual. Work includes but is not limited to: Removal of Existing Roofing and Installation of New Roofing. The project includes a total of Thirteen (13) unit roofs at Grandview One, Thirty-three (33) unit roofs at Grandview Two. For further information contact: DEMX architecture, 104 N. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the MHA in duplicate and in a sealed envelope with name of contractor, address, project number, and bid date and time on outside of bid package. Bidders are required to have an Arkansas Contractor's License. This is in accordance with Arkansas State Statute 71-701 et. seq. Each bid submitted must contain the following items: o Bid form, signed by bidder; o A bid Guarantee in an amount equal to (5) percent of the bid. The bid Guarantee can be in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the MHA; a U.S. Government Bond endorsed to the MHA; or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder; o A Non-Collusive Affidavit; if over $50,000; o A Previous Participation Certification, HUD-2530. o The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an Arkansas Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Bid for contracts that exceed $20,000. o This is a federal procurement project and Section 3 requirements and Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the written consent of the Marmaduke Housing Authority. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements of the invitation for bids. The Marmaduke Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding wherever it is in the best interest of the Marmaduke Housing Authority.
