Renovation of a mixed-use development in Marmaduke, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For Marmaduke School District - Round Building Re-Roof Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid that exceeds $50,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractors License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 22-9-203, Ramsons, Inc. and the Marmaduke School District encourage all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project. Davis-Bacon Wage rates shall apply.
