AASF #1 and AASF #2 are located in Salem and Pendleton, Target GMP:

Pendleton Facility: $3,000,000.00 SITE #1. Army Aviation Support Facility #1 is Located at 1921 Turner Rd Salem, Marion County, Oregon 97301 and
consists of multiple buildings listed below:
a. Deibert Flight Operations center, which also houses the 102 Civil Support Team (CST) , is 39,500 Square Feet. This building was constructed in 2010 and is a steel framed building
b. Hangar #1 is approximately 34,580 Square Feet. This building was built in 1972 and is constructed of a mix of Concrete/CMU with steel framed roofing.
c. Hangar #2 is approximately 45,775 Square Feet. This building was built in 1976 and is constructed of a mix of Concrete/CMU with steel framed roofing.
d. There is an aviation fuel storage facility on the site that will be included in the seismic upgrades. RFQ 219987D001 Page 3 SITE #2 Army Aviation Support Facility #2 is Located at 2110 NW 56th Drive Pendleton, Umatilla County Oregon 97801.
This site consists of a Hangar/Maintenance facility and a flight operations center that is housed in an approximately 46,750 Square Foot building. This building was built in 1996 and is constructed of a mix of CMU/Steel framing and steel framed roofing. There is also an aviation fuel storage facility on the site that will be included in the seismic upgrades. There will be no preproposal conference for the rfq stage of this solicitation
