Renovation of an educational facility in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of April 14, 2022, project was awarded to Dalke Construction but awarded amount is not available.** Phasing Schedule: Summer 1/Phase 1 – June 20, 2022 – August 22, 2022: renovate existing main office & counseling center, seismic upgrades, renovate existing cafeterias & existing wood shop, 1st floor ceiling work, select flooring, select roofing to existing roof, coordinate with SKSD abatement contractor. Summer 1 Thru Summer 2/Phase 2 – June 20, 2022 – August 21, 2023: Convert 4 classrooms to 2 nd floor science rooms and art room. New wood shop. Summer 2/Phase 3 – June 19, 2023 – August 21, 2023: - Gym and stage floor, stage curtain replacement, convert 2 classrooms into science room, renovate foods lab, demo pool and pool house, site work, exterior cleaning and painting, complete any remaining roofing at select existing roof areas.
